On the 3rd anniversary of the original Black Tie Beach by Improv Everywhere, we'll be bringing some class to America's oldest public beach. Visit your attic or a thrift store for a tux, dress, etc and meet us at the train station for further instructions! Extra points for a pre-1950s look.
